Piper Companies is currently looking for a Customer Assistance Specialist in the Raleigh-Durham area to join a team dedicated to bettering lives of patients, through the clinical research and pharma industry.

Responsibilities for the Customer Assistance Specialist include:

  • Deliver customer support to clients and healthcare personnel
  • Document all communications according to company and client guidelines
  • Obtain and stay updated on company policies and guidelines including client products
  • Process medical information via phone and email

Qualifications for the Customer Assistance Specialist include:

  • Experience providing customer service
  • Ability to maintain clear and detailed documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working within a team environment

Compensation for the Customer Assistance Specialist include:

  • Salary Range: $25,000 – $35,000 based on professional experience
