Acara Solutions is hiring Customer Care Representatives for our client in Williamsville, NY! This is a 100% remote opportunity. In this position, will be responsible for providing support and service to customers with a consultative sales approach.
Pay: $18/hr. + commission/incentives based on KPI's/goals met
Type: Contract to Direct
Hours: Candidates must have open availability Mon-Sun 6am-9:30pm as schedules can vary. Training is 2 weeks: M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Job RequirementsRequired Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years' sales experience.
- Call center or high-volume phone experience.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
