We are looking for someone with social media marketing and recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate is passionate about what they’re doing, eager to grow and develop within the company, and ready to hit the ground running.

Job Duties

  • A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a significant focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently
  • Same-day response time with clients and applicants is crucial
  • Social media management on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Craigslist

** Posting job ads
** Daily management
** Correspondence with applicants
** Innovative social media posts

  • General recruiting duties:

** Assess applicant profiles
** Watch interview videos
** Correspondence with applicants
** Track applicants flow
** Produce KPIs for overall processes

  • Indeed:

** Manage job ad sponsorships (submitting requests, tracking end-dates)
** Produce weekly reports on how the pay-per-click sponsorships are doing
** Work with accounting to ensure invoices are up-to-date

  • MailChimp:

** Email campaigning for both new customer marketing and driving applicant flow
** Build target lists for marketing/database management

Requirements

  • Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate clients and applicants in different time zones
  • Available to provide communication coverage with clients and applicants in the evenings, weekends, and sometimes on holidays
  • Must be willing to and desire to go to full-time status
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your own computer or laptop and high-speed internet connection
  • Must have experience in the Recruiting Industry
  • Proficiency with Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Craigslist
  • Social media marketing experience preferred
  • MailChimp experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong skills around the use of technology in business
  • Awesome attitude and upbeat personality required : )
