We are Lily England – a fast-growing and successful eCommerce beauty brand. We are growing in sales, team size, and product selection. Our team currently consists of a mix of local UK employees and the Philippines.

Who we are looking for
Reporting to the co-founder and our Amazon Manager we are looking for a motivated, analytical and hardworking individual to help us make sure our new products are successful on Amazon FBA. You’ll have responsibility for the day-to-day management of launching new products on Amazon marketplaces across the US, Europe, and the UK. We need someone with legit experience at either an agency or working directly with a large FBA seller, ideally with EU and USA experience. Future potential for expanded responsibilities and promotion with good performance.

Duties and responsibilities include

Oversee management of listing creation
  • Keyword research
  • Images
  • Market research
  • Listing creation
Launch strategy
  • Input on number of units in first order
  • Run external traffic strategies such as Google PPC and Facebook Ads
  • Decide on top keywords to target and ranking strategy
  • Input on Amazon PPC launch strategy
Execute successful launches
  • Monitor reviews, sales, profit, Amazon PPC, and keyword rankings
  • Execute external traffic strategies
  • Optimize launches based on results
  • Hand listings over once they are mature (2-3 months)
  • Take learnings from every launch to use for future launches
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments on the Amazon platform
  • Run a “test-learn-refine” approach to orchestrate and improve product launches
  • Monitor costs closely and passes them to the finance team for P&L

Experience/ Skills

  • Advanced understanding of what makes a product successful on Amazon
  • Wider understanding of the wider Amazon ecosystem
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Able to prioritize and work independently
  • Relevant experience at an agency, as a freelancer, or working directly for an FBA Seller.
  • Experience with Google PPC or any Social Media PPC a big bonus
  • A forward thinker, with an ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and thrive on change.
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement with demonstrable problem-solving skills and analytical skills

To achieve within 90 days:

  • Launch 6 new products with a 75% success rate hitting sales goals and page ranking targets
  • Refine successful launch process and create launch operating procedure for company
  • Increase ranking on existing products to the top of page 1
